President's Message: I look forward to seeing as many as possible spectators and fans making the trip to Canberra to support our side.
This will be this year's only representative match for the women's side, as the State side looks to see who is the next generation of talent for the 2011 Women's Nationals Championships to be held in Adelaide. With both NSW and ACT now in Division 2, this match can serve as a valuable development opportunity for both sides.
The matches will be held in Kingston Oval, Griffith which is a drop punt away from Manuka Oval. The format is 4 x 15 minute quarters.
At 11am, the Defence Allstars play ACT. 12:40 sees NSW playing the ACT and 2pm is the final game of NSW vs Defence.
Afterwards there is a short after-match function at the Weston Creek Labour Club at Stirling, (Teeside Close) at 6pm. Please see invitation attached.
