Mandurah Magic WABL 2015

Games Controller

Mandurah Magic WABL requires a Games Controller for the homes games in the upcoming season.

This is a paid position of $50 per day, for every home game.

Duties are as follows, but not limited to -

In conjunction with committee members –

Pre Games

• Over see set up of stadium 
• Ensure all laptops are correct and current for the days play

Post Games

• Oversee pack up of stadium
• Ensure all days games on lap tops are ticked, and connected to internet, so that all results will feed through to BWA at completion of the day

Independent of the committee –

• Court allocation sheets, sign in sheets and referee court allocations within the stadium
• Liaise with and pay referees
• Coordinate MVP voting.
• Ensure all courts are safe and dust and dirt free, and that all potential hazards are removed throughout the day
• Ensure that all equipment is available and working satisfactorily
• Ensure players are correctly attired at all times,
• Supervise the court areas, especially the position of spectators and control any aggressive outbursts or bad behaviour by parents or club supporters. Encourage everyone to abide by the Code of Conduct.
• Compilation and submission of any forms or reports as required to Club and BWA
• Be familiar with the Competition Rules and Conditions as set by Basketball WA
