Aussie Hoops is coming to Rocky. The Aussie Hoops program is an Australia wide initiative that has help introduced over 400,000 children to the sport of Basketball. The essence of the Aussie Hoops program is FUN with the program using a game sense approach, letting kids experience the skills of basketball while playing a series of games. Basketball Queensland Development Officer Blair Smith will be heading up the 5 week program, and will be assisted by new Rockets Star Justin Brown. The program is open to Rockhampton Yr 1 & 2 students.
