The program provides opportunities over a two year period, with the goal of developing our next generation of “professionally prepared” high performance coaches. The coaches who complete the program will have an improved understanding of the dynamics of high performance coaching and increased competency levels through experience, networking and mentoring opportunities. This will improve the quality of our coaches, which in turn will deliver better coaching practices to our athletes, schools and associations.
