Assoc. Contacts & Forfeit Procedure
In respect to all teams if you know of a reason you are unable to make a game time, please contact the venue and team immediately. Telephone and follow up email must be actioned.
Teams who have NO players turn up to a game venue will incur a large fine to compensate the host venue.
MMBL Association List of Contacts and the Forfeit Procedure which must be strictly adhered to. If your association contacts have changed or need to be removed then do not hesitate to contact the MMBL Secretary to inform via email on : mmblsect@tpg.com.au
For games being awarded as a forfeit the teams must make direct contact via telephone to advise the venue and opposing team. After this an email of confirmation must be made to mmblsect@tpg.com.au, teams and venue to confirm.
Response must be received before proceeding to ensure all are aware of any change.
