Constitution
The SBA Constitution was updated by Special Resolution at the AGM on 10 May 2022.
The amendments:
- Allow 'virtual meetings' for both the Board and general meetings;
- Make it clearer that a ballot must be used when the number of Director nominees exceeds the number of vacancies; and
- Prohibit postal voting and ensure the Constitution more readily reflects electronic voting as a standard measure.
