Shoalhaven Basketball Association - BNSW Disciplinary Tribunal By-Laws
At the 12 April 2017 meeting of the Board of Shoalhaven Basketball Association, the following resolution was carried:
"In accordance with Clause 3C of the Shoalhaven Basketball Association Constitution version 3 dated 18 June 2012, the BNSW Disciplinary Tribunal By-Laws as amended 8 March 2017 be adopted by Shoalhaven Basketball Association and comes into operation effective from 13th April 2017 and is binding on all members of the Association and other persons or organisations which submit themselves to the jurisdiction of Shoalhaven Basketball Association."
