2019 Player Trial and Special Consideration Forms
Please complete the Player Application form and bring the form on the first date that you attend the 2019 Waves Trials along with payment. $10 for each trial and you must attend both to be consider.
If unable to attend trials for any reason a Special Consideration form must be submitted along with Player Application Form.
If unable to attend trials for any reason a Special Consideration form must be submitted along with Player Application Form, either by handing it to the basketball office at the stadium or by email ccwavesbb@gmail.com to be considered for the 2019 Waves Rep season.
