Adelaide Olympic Appoint Coaching Director
The Adelaide Olympic Football Club is excited to announce the appointment of Paul Maio as Junior Coaching Director for the 2016 season.
Paul comes to us from Campbelltown City Soccer Club where he has coached for the last 8 years.
He is currently a FFSA C License coach and has coached in many roles including Adelaide United Clinic Coaching, the FFSA U14 STIC Programme, as well as coaching in many schools across South Australia.
He will be in charge of developing both player and coaching pathways, with the introduction of player development, Academies for all age groups as well as developing a playing style that will be consistent throughout the club.
He will be incorporating monthly coaching meetings and providing all coaches with training support and guidance. Paul will also be overlooking all players during the trial process which starts September 22, at Ferryden Park Reserve, selections will also be made for the upcoming Term 4 Adelaide Olympic All Star Academy.
The club is also very close in appointing an experienced Junior Director in the next few days. Once this has been finalised an official announcement will made.
With the club now in the National Premier League and the appointment of experienced personnel we believe that the future is very bright for all our Junior players.
