Fulham United are seeking a Junior Boys Technical Director of Football
Fulham United are seeking a new Junior Boys Technical Director of Football for Season 2017.
The western suburbs Club based at Collins Reserve currently has 28 junior boys teams with almost 300 players ranging from Under 6 to Under 17.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of all junior coaches and players but will not have responsibility of a specific team to avoid being distracted from their duties.
The Club is after a 'C' license qualified coach with demonstrated football knowledge and five years experience leading coaches and players at junior level. The successful applicant will also have a demonstrated ability to implement a development plan for all age groups.
On a personal level, you'll have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at the Club. You will also have a strong passion for the game, great vision and be an exemplary role model for young boys.
