It’s going to be a big weekend for the National Wheelchair Rugby League (NWRL) on Friday 15 - Sunday 17 July 2011 at the Parks Recreation Centre, Angle Park, Adelaide; by Sunday it will all be over for another season and we will have our newly crowned Champions. To mark this big occasion, Gondwana Productions in collaboration with Aurora Community Channel will be in Adelaide filming all the action over the finals weekend.
In this, their second season covering the finals, Gondwana Productions will capture all the excitement, interview star players and provide commentary to ensure viewers can witness the passion and aggression as it unfolds all the way to the grand final. Footage will be produced into a 90 minute program that will provide coverage of the weekend’s highlights including the key games for the gold medal and the bronze medal playoff. This program is scheduled to be aired on the Aurora Community Channel on Foxtel, Austar and Optus Digital Networks on channel 183 during July and August, and to mark International Day of People with Disability in December.
