COACH OF THE YEAR

Returning to the competition after a year out of the league, Duncan Berg a past Championship coach with the Nunawading Spectres has not only guided the Dandenong Rangers to their first D League Playoff campaign but has guided them into the Grand Final this weekend.  Dandenong started the season slowly but finished the year 3rd on the ladder with a 14-7 record.  The Rangers won nine of their last ten games including an 8 game win streak between rounds 9 and 16.
