The Basketball Pacific Great Murray River Jamboree

The Basketball Pacific Great Murray River Jamboree aims to provide what should be fundamental attitudes for children in sport such as FUN and FRIENDSHIPS in a learning and socially interactive environment.
Basketball Pacific associations are responsible for nominating players (an equal number of boys & girls), referees, coach and managers for this opportunity and need to forward details to Basketball Pacific by 21 June 2013.
Total cost per player is $1689, this covers:
- All flights, accomodation, land travel arrangements in Australia
- All meals (except en route between Melbourne-Albury and return)
- All Jamboree fees
- All Jamboree apparel
Total cost per coach or manager is $750. Selected coaches and managers will be heavily subsidised by Basketball Pacific and this figure will cover:
- Coach education sessions
- Polo shirt
- Flights, transport and insurance
- Accomodation and meals
Total cost per referee is $1270, this covers:
- Referee education sessions
- On court mentoring
- Polo shirt
- Accomodation and meals
Parents are encouraged to attend the Great Murray River Jamboree. Basketball Pacific are able to arrange a tour package for a few supporters as there are some space seats on our bus to and from Albury.
