Blue Fields V Not Fast Just Furious

Ct 1- 6.30pm

A great game tonight between Not Fast Just Furious and Blue Fields. The scores started off close with only one point difference at quarter time. Then Blue Fields started to pick up their game, and take the lead at halftime. Well done to Blue Fields for maintaining this strength until the remainder of the game, winning with a score of 20 to 12. Congratulations to Stephanie Timmons from Blue Fields for being awarded best on court.

 

Poppies V Spanakopita

Ct 2- 6.30pm

Well done to both teams for a great game of netball tonight. Spanakopita took the lead early with five goals to three in the first quarter, with their strong passes into the goal circle. Poppies quickly improved their game and matched their oppositions defence, taking the lead. Well done to Poppies for this fight back and winning the game with a score of 24 goals to 13 points for Spanakopita. Well done to Violet Davey from Poppies for being awarded best on court.

 

Joint forces The Unknowns

Ct 3- 6.30pm

There was a very exciting game tonight between Joint Forces and The Unknowns. Both teams were evenly matched with their players throughout the whole court, making the scores tight for the whole game. The Unknowns just won by three points in the end with a final score of 27 to 24. Congratulations to both teams and to Kerry Duffy from The Unknowns for being awarded best on court.

 

JEMS V Sharks

Ct 1- 7.10pm

A good game over on court 2 tonight. Towards half time the ball was moving around both team which made the scores were very close. The defenders from both teams made it hard for both shooting ends to keep consistent which lead to both teams resulting in 40 to 32 Amazing efforts by both teams and in particular Maddie Knott from Sharks for being rewarded best on court.

 

Mother’s Group V Bayside Ballers

Ct 2- 7.10pm

A great game between Mother’s Group and Bayside Ballers tonight on court 2. Both teams fought really hard to win tonight, however maintained their sportsmanship throughout the entire game. Well done to Mother’s group for working together as a team extremely well and winning the game with a final score of 29 to 17. Congratulations to Tayla Cecala from Mother’s Group for being awarded best on court.

 

Slowly Slowly V Sugma’s

Ct 3- 7.10pm

Tonight on court 3 was another very close game. Sugma’s took the lead at quarter time with a score of 11 to 9. After half time,  Slowly Slowly managed to fight back a little harder and take the lead, winning the game with a score of 25 to 23 goals. Well done to Gabby Bull from Slowly Slowly for being awarded best on court.

 

Dee-termined V Rockstars

Ct 1- 7.50pm

A very close game on court one tonight! Both teams played very well and demonstrated a high level of netball skills throughout the entire game. Congratulations to both teams for making it such an entertaining and high scoring game. Well done to Dee-termined for taking the win with a final score of 30 to 25 and to Briony Morgan from Dee-termined for being awarded best player on court.

 

Goalden Guns V extra-Mordinary

Ct 2- 7.50pm

A fantastic game on court 2  tonight , with both teams eager to win. Amazing play by both teams, putting up a fight until the very last second of the game. Extra-Mordinary won with a score of 19 to 16, Good job! Well done to Sally Mitchell from Extra-Mordinary for being rewarded best on court.

 

The Pelicans V Giant Herds

Ct 3- 7.50pm

Well done to The Pelicans and Giant Herds for playing a very fast and entertaining game tonight! Giant Herds started off strong, with a score of 8 to 10 at quarter time. Unfortunately it was not enough to hold on until the end of the game! Congratulations to The Pelicans for winning the game with a final score of 29 to 16 and to Billy Robinson from The Pelicans for being awarded best on court.

 

Same Same V 3192

Ct 1- 8.30pm

Finally grading games have completed and all teams have come out strong. On court 1 tonight was a great game between two fast and competitive teams. The game from half time onwards kept at steady pace up and down the court. The goalers from Same Same were never missing as they won with a score of 38 to18. Well done to Emma Young from team Same Same on being rewarded best on court.

 

Stingers V Put That In Your Pipe

Ct 2- 8.30pm

There was a great game on court 2 tonight, with both teams eager to win! Both teams had great defenders, making it tough for the ball to be passed at the center whistle. Stingers were only slightly stronger and managed to take the lead at half time. Congratulations to both teams and to Daniel King for being awarded best on court. The final score was 35 to 6.

 

P&H V Gators

Ct 3- 8.30pm

Amazing netball work that occurred on court 3 tonight. Both teams used dodging movements and loud voices to get the ball. Well done to Gators coming out with a win of 17 to 13 and Georgia Meredith for being rewarded best on court. 

 

Black Gems V The Ringleaders

Ct 1- 9.10pm

Brilliant game between the Black Gems and The Ringleaders on court 1 tonight. These teams do know how to put on a performance with there long lobs from the midcourt to the goals. The final score of this match was 34 to 25 making the Ringleaders the winners. Well done to Abby Jones for being awarded best on court.

 

Frochos V The boys made me do it

Ct 2- 9.10pm

A very competitive game on court three tonight between these 2 mixed teams. Although The boys made me do it tried their best to gain possession of the ball, Frochos netball skills were just too strong! Congratulations to both teams on their efforts and to the Frochos for winning the game with a score of 19 to 7. Best on court was awarded to Michaela Jones from the Frochos.

 

Obstruction 2.0 V LINKS

Ct 3- 9.10pm

On the far court tonight was defiantly a game that shouldn’t of been missed. The boys from both teams played very skilful netball assisting the girls who were shooting to attacking to lead and catch the ball in the goals. Well done to both teams! Obstruction 2.0 won with a score of 23 to 10. Another well done too Steven McLaughlin from Obstruction 2.0!

 

Vicious and Delicious V TBA

Ct 3- 9.50pm

The last round of the night with our mixed comp was a spectacular game. Everyone on court were being good sports and played good netball. Great job to TBA for winning with a score of 30 to 25 and too Megan Day for being awarded best on court!
