Not Fast, Just Furious V The Real Housewives of East Malvern

Ct 1- 6.30pm

A great game on court one tonight between Not Fast, Just Furious and The Real Housewives of East Malvern

The game started off very close with only one point difference at quarter time. The Real Housewives of East Malvern improved their defence enough to take the lead and win the game. Congratulations to The Real Housewives of East Malvern for winning the game with a score of 32 goals to 21. Best on court was awarded to Elise Quan from The Real Housewives of East Malvern.

 

Sharks V 3192

Ct 2- 6.30pm

Both teams started off the game fighting hard for the first win after grading! Continuing this energy through the entire game, Sharks and 3192 put on a very fast and exciting game for all the spectators, demonstrating awesome netball skills and sportsmanship. The final score of the game was 22 goals for 3192 to 14 goals for Sharks. Congratulations to 3192 for winning the game and to Georgia Hellier from 3192 for being awarded best on court.

 

Rockstars V ACES

Ct 1- 7.10pm

A fantastic game on court one tonight, with both teams eager to win. These teams do know how to put on a show. The ball was speeding through the ring constantly. The final score of this match was 10 to 33 making the ACES take another win. Well done to Mia-Rae McMilan for being awarded best on court.

 

Extra-Mordinary V The Unknowns

Ct 2- 7.10pm

Well done to Extra-Mordinary and The Unknowns for playing a very fast and entertaining game tonight! The Unknowns started off strong, with a score of 10 at quarter time. It was just enough to hold on until the end of the game! Congratulations to Extra-Mordinary for winning the game with a final score of 25 and to 18 and Alice Leppin from Extra-Mordinary for being awarded best on court.

 

The Givens V Put That in Your Pipe

Ct 3- 7.10pm

With the grading games complete, we were set for a very competitive game tonight between Izzy’s Team and Put That in Your Pipe. Both teams demonstrated great netball skills, with taking the lead at half time. Well done to Izzy’s Team for winning the game with a score of 29 to 15. Best on court was awarded to Dylan Redman from Izzy’s Team.

 

Lunachicks V Black Gems

Ct 1- 7.50pm

Well done to both teams for a great game tonight on court 1. Lunachicks played really hard in the first quarter, leading with a score of 4 goal difference. Black Gems managed to fight back and win with a score of 32 to 21. Well done to Grace McDonald from Black Gems for being awarded best on court.

 

Spanakopita V Mother’s Group

Ct 2- 7.50pm

Another close game on this court tonight as the scores have only differed in 1 or 2 goals. Both Spanakopita and Mother’s Group had a great game making strong passes into the goal circle and fast defence, making tonight’s match very entertaining to watch! Spanakopita won with a score of 22 to 21, one goal difference. Well done to all players and to Fiona Gilholme for being rewarded best on court.

 

The Pelicans V Stingers

Ct 3- 7.50pm

A very competitive game on court three tonight between The Pelicans and Stingers. Although The Pelicans tried their best to gain possession of the ball, Stingers netball skills were just too strong! Congratulations to both teams on their efforts and to the Stingers for winning the game with a score of 30 to 13. Best on court was awarded to Daniel King from the Stingers.

 

Blue Fields V Gubly’s

Ct 1- 8.30pm

There was a great game on court 1 tonight, just after grading with both teams eager to take the first win of the season! Both teams had great defenders, making it tough for the ball to be passed at the center whistle. Blue Fields were slightly stronger and managed to take the lead at half time. Congratulations to both teams and to Stephanie Timmons for being awarded best on court. The final score lead to Blue Fields winning 26 to 20.

 

JEMS V Goal Diggers

Ct 2- 8.30pm

Another close game between JEMS and the Goal Diggers. Both teams certainly did dig up goals as during half time they were both at a tie. The GA and GS from both teams worked the ball extremely well under pressure from the defenders. Well done to JEMS winning with a score of 24 to 21. Congrats to Lizzie Wardlaw from Goal Diggers for being awarded best on court.

 

LINKS V Sugma’s

Ct 3- 8.30pm

Another fast game tonight on court 3 with very energetic players moving super quick up and down the court. The midcourt throughout both teams played with strength and speed to work the ball down to the goals. Well done to both teams, in particular Sugma’s winning with a score of 19 to 12. Also congrats to Ben Northey from LINKS for being awarded best in court.

 

Hot Shots V Poppies

Ct 1- 9.10pm

Court 1 games tonight do not stop! A really competitive games between these 2 teams. The Poppies rejected many passes and shots to try keep up. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough for them to take on this win. The Hot Shots defiantly hot shotted many goals winning with a score of 31 to 18. Both teams played amazingly! Well done to Erika Browne for being awarded best on court from the Hot Shots.

 

Obstruction 2.0 V Slowly Slowly

Ct 2- 9.10pm

On court 2 this time slot , both of these contested the ball strongly. Towards half time both teams were very close in scores making it unpredictable who would win. Obstruction 2.0 took there many penalty passes as an advantage to win. Obstruction 2.0 won with a score of 15 to 11 which was a close result. Well done to both teams and especially Phillip Cameron with being awarded best on court.

 

P&H 2.0 V The Magic Wanderers

Ct 3- 9.10pm

Another intense game on court 3 tonight in our mixed comp. all the players on court were passionate when the ball was going down towards their end, always cheering and making sure the ball was passed to the easiest option. P&H did take home this win for tonight with a score of 16 to 11. Congrats to Vicky Gomez for being awarded best on court.

 

The Ringleaders V Jaguars

Ct 1 - 9.50pm

On court 1 tonight two amazing teams played awesome netball against each other. The Jaguars during the first half of the game were in the lead only by a few giving The Ring Leaders a chance to redeem themselves. Towards the last quarter , unfortunately it wasn’t enough for The Ring Leaders to win , as the Jaguars shot 6 more goals than them resulting with the score of 33 to 27. Great effort by both teams! Awesome job to the shooter Gemma Jones from The Ringleaders for being awarded best on court.

 

Goalden Guns V Interschool Sport

Ct 2 - 9.50pm

Another tough games on court 2 tonight! The mid court for both teams played very strategically to get the ball down to the goals. Goalden Guns shot a with win a score of 28 to 9. Well done to Teaghan Rooks for being rewarded best on court.

 

Gators V The boys made me do it

Ct 3 - 9.50pm

Last game of the night on court 3, we had two energetic play fast netball. The ball flew from one end to the other none stop, challenging everyone playing on court. All the players fought for the ball, picking up all the loose passes and tries to make clear leads. Gators won with a score of 15 to 7. Congrats too Ben Howells for being awarded best on court from the winning team.
