Top 4 teams to represent WA

Willetton, Perry Lakes, Joondalup and Cockburn have qualified as the states top four under 14 boys teams as WA prepares to host the 2015 Australian Junior Club Championships.

Both the Willetton Tigers (1) and Perry Lakes Hawks (2) were outstanding in BWA's qualification tournament which took place at the WA Basketball Centre on February 1 to finish undefeated in their pools and qualify as the top seeds.

The Joondalup Wolves (3) managed to hold off an excellent second half performance by the East Perth Eagles to win 34-30 in the one of two final qualification games to book their place in the National Tournament as third seed.

The Cockburn Cougars (4) booked the final place in the National Tournament with a victory of the Rockingham Flames in the final qualification game.

Willetton, Perry Lakes, Joondalup and Cockburn will now all represent WA as BWA hosts the 2015 Australian Junior Club Championships commencing September 28 at the WA Basketball Centre.
