NAB Introducer Program explained:

NAB's "Spot & Referral", referral program aims to provide an additional revenue stream for your club.

NAB provides their members access to:

  • the expertise of a fully mobile sales force committed to helping your members achieve their financial goals
  • A diverse range of 5-star CANNEX* rated NAB branded home loans and business loans (* Cannex is an independent financial services research group. Ratings as at October 2006)

NAB provides your organisation with:

  • An up-front commission for referrals that lead to new and/or increases in existing home loans (increases must be greater than $50 000 to qualify)
  • An up-front commission for referrals that lead to new business loans
  • Local-Market representation

THE OFFER

Up-front commission rates*

*Commission Rate as initially agreed at the introducer sign up with banker and is subject to quarterly review. Commission is payable on 60% of the approved limit on NAB's flexiplus mortgage (line of credit) and portfolio package facilities.

Home Lending:

0.66% (including GST) for eligible home loan products

eg: $250 000 x 0.66% = $1650

Business Lending:

For any fully drawn business lending product the commission amount paid, inclusive of GST, will be 0.5% of the approved limit , up to a maximum of $25 000.

For any NAB business overdraft, NAB business plus overdraft or NAB farm management account overdraft, the commission amount paid, inclusive of GST, will be 0.50% of 50% of the approved overdraft limit , up to a maximum $12 500. Commission for any of these facilities will be paid once only on establishment.

For any NAB debtor finance facility, the commission amount paid, inclusive of GST, will be: an up-front commission, being 0.50% of the face value of the first batch of purchased debts (as defined in the NAB debtor finance facility agreement) excluding those purchased debts that are aged 90 days or more, up to a maximum of $10 000; and a retention commission of 15% of the purchase charges collected by NAB under the NAB finance facility agreement.

Your member - contact with NAB specialist - NAB conduct review/interview - if loan approved - (NAB advise introducer)(NAB advise member) - NAB 'introduce' local branch manager - loan settled - introducer paid
