Recreational Football is a Fast Non-Contact game of Australian Football using rip tags, a lighter football and is played on a modified field. It is a social competition that is all about having fun and getting in some fitness leading up to summer.
The teams are mixed (male and female) and consist of 10 players, 8 on the field and 2 reserves and there must be at least 1 female in each zone, or 1 male in each zone. Males and females aged 14 years and older can play so is a great game for families, friends and even strangers with many people coming along and joining mixed teams.
