2013 Tasmanian State Team Squad Announced

2013 NAB AFL Auskick Program in Tasmania Launch

AFL Tasmania in partnership with NAB has launched the NAB AFL Auskick program in Tasmania for 2013.
The Launch involved a clinic that was conducted at the conclusion of the Hawthorn Football Club’s training session at Aurora Stadium, where Hawthorn Football Club Senior Players, Sam Mitchell and Josh Gibson, were on hand to help participants during activities.

Ottaway to attend the first AFL Womens High Performance Coaching Academy

Tasmanian Womens League Coach, Luci-anne Ottaway, has been selected to attend the 2013 AFL Womens High Performance Coaching Academy.

The academy, which is the first held by the AFL for coaches of womens football, will be conducted from the 3 - 7 February in Melbourne at Visy Park.

Tasmania in the first AFL Under 16 Girls National High Performance Academy

Zabreena Manjerovic of Lauderdale and Ellyse Gamble of Wynyard will both be attending the AFL’s Under 16 Girls National High Performance Academy in Melbourne next week.

The academy, which is the first national AFL academy for under 16 girls, will be conducted from the 3 - 7 February in Melbourne at Visy Park.
