The day kicks off at 12noon with a warm welcome from the Lauderdale Football Club's President, Graham O'Byrne.
Prominent Tasmanian football identity, Kent Jackson will be guest speaker at the official function at 1.00pm on the day.

Currently, Jackson is one of four AFL Multicultural Community Ambassadors across the state of Tasmania.
AFL Tasmania's Community Programs Manager, Brett Mansell said, “The Community Ambassadors Program is a new initiative that we want to develop over the next year. The program is aimed at getting people from multicultural backgrounds involved in the game and initiatives that increase the number of multicultural players, coaches and officials involved in the state.”
The day will also include a drumming group presentation, a football clinic for all children to join in and fine cuisine from the Madi and Indian community groups.
“It is really pleasing to see one of the RACT Insurance State League clubs leading this fantastic initiative in partnership with Able Australia. We feel privileged to have the opportunity to be involved in such a great day and we hope this is the beginning of an annual recognition of the involvement of multicultural Tasmania in the game of AFL,” Mansell said.
The presentation of the Tyreright Multicultural Cup will be held at the completion of the match, which will become an annual event between Lauderdale and Launceston.
