The Tribunal Guidelines are to assist persons involved in proceedings before the tribunal. The guidelines provide a general commentary and should be read in conjunction with the Disciplinary Procedures. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the Disciplinary Procedures and the Tribunal Guidelines, the Disciplinary Procedures will prevail. In these guidelines, words incorporating the male gender are taken to include the female gender.
