New Position available
State Volleyball NSW (SVNSW) in partnership with the Australian Volleyball Federation is looking to further grow existing participation numbers and develop new competition opportunities, as part of a strategy to increase overall volleyball participation within NSW, working with key stakeholders and the General Manager, SVNSW.
This newly created full time position of Participation and Development Officer is a crucial role designed to assess, effectively manage and expand the current opportunities particularly for youth involvement via competitions (Spikezone style programs), and improve the overall accessibility to volleyball within this State.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with key stakeholders; assessing and developing strategies to expand on existing programs and competitions, as well as implementing and promoting new opportunities to expand participation including targeted areas where we currently do not service the community.
