SEQ too strong in Under 16 Youth Girls State Champs South-East Queensland Flames have taken out the Under 16 Youth Girls State Championships for the 3rd time in 4 years. With PNG unable to get through Customs in time for the carnival, SEQ went through undefeated not before being given a scare by big time improvers North Queensland who finished in 2nd spot with their most successful carnival yet.
