Decision on Application by Belmore Hercules SC
On Monday evening, 10 March the Board of Directors of the CDSFA met to consider an application for affiliation for the 2014 season from the Belmore Hercules Soccer Club, trading as Belmore United.
The Board resovled the following:
a) To reject the application for re-affiliation made by the Belmore Hercules Soccer Club; and
b) To discontinue the membership of the Belmore Hercules Soccer Club in the CDSFA pursuant to clause 9.3 of the CDSFA Constitution; and
c) To indicate to the Belmore Hercules Soccer Club that the CDSFA would consider an application from the Belmore Hercules Soccer Club for its re-admission to membership and affiliation for the 2015 season should it choose to make such application.
The effect of the above is the Belmore Hercules Soccer Club is no longer an affiliate or member of the CDSFA and will not have teams in the CDSFA for the 2014 Competition season.
