Pilar Shimizu represented Guam in the Women’s 100m Breaststroke on the third day of competition at the Aquatic’s Centre in London. She placed 2nd in her heat and 42nd overall, with a swim time of 1 minute 15.76 seconds. Even though she will not proceed to the semifinals, her swim was fantastic and her family and friends back in Guam should be very proud of her result.
