The Bendigo Basketball Association is requesting those persons interested in making a difference, or having some contribution to the Junior Representative Basketball in Bendigo to apply to be part of the Junior Braves Committee.

Nominations close May 31, 2015.

The Junior Braves Committee play a massive part in assisting the pathway of Junior basketballers from Under 12 level to senior level and beyond. Off-court the Committee require people with different types of skills in areas such as sponsorship, co-ordinating uniforms, fundraising, team organisation, media liaison, assisting with try-outs to name just a few. Maybe you have never been on a committee before and newcomers are also very welcome.

The role is a rewarding one. To say in some small way you assisted a player make their association team state, national honours or just to have fun in our representative basketball program is something past and present committee members have all contributed to.

To apply for a position on the Junior Braves Committee:

1. Download the nomination form in the link here.
2. Email or forward the nomination form to Craig Green, Secretary of the Bendigo Basketball Association in the Sports Office of the Bendigo Stadium. Alternatively it may be emailed to craig.green@bendigostadium.com.au
3. Nominations must be in by 5pm on the 31st May 2015.
4. The Board of the Bendigo Basketball Association will then ratify the nominations at the following Board Meeting.
