People can order by completing the attached order form and emailing the clubwdbc@picknowl.com.au – mark in the subject field “Championship T-Shirt”
Payments
Can be made by cash, credit card or eftpos at the Woodville Office on Sundays from 930-11am
or
Direct to the Club’s bank account via EFT (Woodville District Basketball club Inc. ; BSB: 065128 ; ACCT NO: 00900916) and they must mark their full name as per their order.
People can also place an order at the club office on Sunday mornings during the office opening hours 930-11am by dropping their completed form into the office.
Or they can place orders at the upcoming Junior Presentation night on 19thSeptember 2014 at St Michael’s Junior School starting at 6pm.

Please Note; That we must order in bulk from the supplier for this merchandise, so there may be a 2-4week turn around as we must wait for a certain amount of orders to put thru all at once.
