On Sunday 26th July the Glasshouse Hinterland Lions will be holding a "Pink Day" to raise funds for breast cancer research.
While junior games are played by Under 12 and 14 age groups at the Jungle oval, Tunnel Ridge Rd, Landsborough from 9am to 12 noon, the club will be collecting donations for goals scored!
The club will also be selling pink cakes and pink flavoured milk as well as pink balloons. There will be a stall of Cancer Foundation merchandise for sale and many volunteers will be wearing their pink clothes and asking for a donation at the gate.
So if you would like to see some local junior AFL games played and support cancer research at the same time, please come on down and bring some coins!
