The Warringah Girls showed they are in good form & ready for the upcoming Triathlon Season.  Liz Vadas made a great come back to racing after overcoming some injury niggles. Liz was 1st female home. Tracy Spindler, Jude O’shea, Kurt & the Walkers showed they haven’t lost any fitness after competing at the World Champs.

HAWAII IRONMAN (World Ironman Championship)

Good Luck to Thorso (Geoff Thorsen), Pete Jacobs, Nicole Ward, Sylvan Lore & Phil Carlyle all competing in the big one at Kona next month.

Thorso will be tackling his 18th !!! Hawaii Ironman. Fingers crossed for Phil Carlyle who is recovering from a broken collarbone courtesy of an unleashed dog. Phil is still very keen to be on the start line come race day.
