We have very exciting news. The WTC membership database is now online. From today new members will be able to join on line by filling out an online registration form. Over the next month we’ll link this to an online payment facility.
Members will be able to access their individual records using a secure unique ID and password. This will allow members to keep their own email address and contact information up to date. It will also allow members to renew membership online and in the future enter club races and buy club merchandise.
As a first step we are asking all current financial members to populate the database with their current information. Everyone who does this by June 5th will go into a draw to win one of three free memberships for the 2009 / 2010 season.
To populate the database you need to go to the website www.warringahtriathlonclub.com.au. Once on the website click on “membership” then click on “Join Online Now”. Once at the next page click on “New Individual Sign Up”. This will take you to a form to fill out. A number of the fields are compulsory and you will need to agree to the standard club waiver at the top of the page. If you know your membership number please enter this as well. No problem if you don’t we’ll enter it for you once your information is in the database. Once you’ve entered all the information then click on confirm. This whole process won’t take you more than five minutes and you’ve now added your information into the secure membership database.
You will be sent an email with a unique ID number and a password. Store these somewhere safe as you’ll be able to log in any time to keep your data up to date. If you lose them you can request an email reconfirming the details.
Please don’t send any money at this stage. Once we get all the data in the database we’ll verify it and do member renewals in July.
