Head Coach Alan McAughtry said: “I am really pleased with the talented squad we have put together for the 2011Championships. They do not need to be motivated to work hard. We have a challenge ahead to win the title back after the disappointment of last year but we are very motivated to get back to the Championship game. We have looked outside the box to find players who are talented, hungry and who will compete on every possession until the end of the game and appropriately represent Victoria proudly. There is a hard edge to this squad and we hope to emulate the champion Victorian teams of the past.”
