Darling Downs Region to host the 2022 16 to 18 Years State Championship.

The 2022 16 to 18 years state championship will be conducted in Toowoomba, from May 26 to May 29 using 2 venues. Bring a tracksuit to stay warm!

Met North region to host the 2022 13 to 15 years State Championship.

The 2022 13 - 15 years state championship will be held in the Met North Region. The championship dates are August 4 to 7. The venue will be the South Pine Sports Complex in Brendale.

After having the 2021 championship cancelled due to Covid, players will be keen to get back on the court and represent their region at this state championship.

CBSQ - Champion Basketball School of Queensland

Queensland schools are invited each year to nominate to participate in the Champion Basketball School of Queensland (CBSQ) conducted by Basketball Qld. BQ also conducts two further events: the CBSQ Junior Secondary and CBSQ Primary 3 on 3 competition aimed at providing opportunities for schools to participate in the younger age groups.

Australian Schools Championship comes to Queensland!

The teams that win the championship division of the boys and girls divisions of the Champion Basketball School of Qld Open competition (CBSQ) will be invited to represent Qld in the championship division of the Australian Schools Championship.
