The Sale Umpires Association was established in 1972 and has a proud history of supplying umpires of all disciplines to the local Gippsland Football Leagues.
The Association currently has about 120 field, boundary and goal umpires appointments each week and which includes fully providing umpires for the North Gippsland Football Netball League, and also on an as required basis to the West Gippsland Latrobe Football League and Sale and District Junior Football Association.
We also have a very strong mentoring (Frogs/Green Shirts) program which encourages young umpires to take up the whistle on the field and gradually build up to senior footy.
Our Club Rooms are based at Stephenson Park (Sale City Football ground) Guthridge Parade Sale.
There are two training sessions a week:
