Well the online registration process seems to be working rather well with no major hiccups and it was great to see some old familiar faces back for another year of football.
With the online process, a number of requests have been received from existing players wishing to change teams and from new members wishing to go into a particular team. Where possible these requests will be met however, we are restricted in the total number of players we can put into teams.
Our Club policy has been that we keep non-competitive teams (U6 to U11 inclusive) together as much as possible and if a vacancy becomes available, then requests can be look at. All existing players from 2011 will have until Thursday 2nd February to register online and pay the deposit or amount in full, to guarantee their position in their team from 2011. If unpaid or not registered by Friday 3rd February, your position within your 2011 team will not be assured.
The competitive age groups (U12 and above) are exempt from this policy as they will be graded as in previous years. Please note however, players must be registered and have paid the minimum deposit prior to the Friday 3rd February as the grading commences on Sunday 5th February.
