Vunisa in top form for Blue Devils
JALE Vunisa starred for the Blue Devils team in the Pacific Energy Lautoka Basketball League competition at the multi-purpose courts on Saturday.
Vunisa top scored for the Blue Devils in both matches of the men's division. Blue Devils defeated Cougars 38-24 and Tribal 35-19. Vunisa scored 13 points each in both matches.
In an interesting match Trojans edged Blazers One 27-26.
Blazers One's Joeli Moore was the top scorer in the match with 10 points.
Trojans beat Cougars 19-17.
Blazers One bounced back to defeat West Saints 14-13 and Blazers Two 40-13.
Namoli beat Veterans 28-16 and Tribal defeated Blazers Two 29-16.
In the women's division, Shine On beat Tribal 21-20 and Blazers defeated Namoli 18-12.
The competition will continue this Saturday.
