Whippy is president
FIJI men's basketball captain Leonard Whippy was on Saturday elected the president of the Suva/Laucala Basketball Association. He was unanimously elected during the Annual General Meeting on Saturday. Whippy will be assisted by Semesa Seruvatu from Idaman as the vice- president. The secretary is Knights rep Nunia Moce, while Malvin Chong is the treasurer. Chong is from the Air Iguanas club. Five committee members were elected including basketball powerhouse names such as Basketball Fiji development officer Laisiasa Puamau and Fiji reps David Whippy.
