Jese did not require any hospital treatment, however, Manoa was taken to emergency at Guam Memorial Hospital for observation as a precaution.  He only had an hour there, part of which was inside for treatment , but the bill was still a hefty US$357.

Coach Poseci was discharged at almost the same time and so the discharge receptionist was getting used to Fiji basketball personnel at her desk making payments.  Poseci still has a way to go to get back to full strength but at least now we know that we can get him on the plane to come home with us to seek some local treatment.

With a bill for US$8,500 for 4 nights in hospital, someone quipped that it would be far cheaper to stay at one of the 5 start tourist resorts here with champagne every day.

Anyway, we are thankful that Poseci is back with us and we pray that he shall make a full recovery.

Our other patient, Carroll Chan, is   coping well with her crutches and entertaining the girls by letting them try them out.
