Day 3 saw the clash between traditiional rivals Temasek Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic. The game was expected to be close and that was how it panned out. Temasek Poly gained the advantage in the first half with Audrey Lange running almost the complete length of the field to have Temasek Poly leading 1 touchdown to nil at half time. In a very tight second half Faezah Radiman equalised for Republic Polytechnic, however neither side were able to assert their dominance and the game 1 touchdown each.
In other games Nanyang Polytechnic outplayed ITE 15 touchdowns to 0, while Singapore Polytechnic ran out 5 touchdowns to nil winners over Ngee Ann Polytecnic
