The Raiwaqa Basketball Players Association will be hosting an U18 Basketball Tournament for both boys and girls which will run from the 4th May - 8th June 2013. Intersted teams or players looking to join a club is to contact Mereleni Waqairawai on 9337434
OYT CLINICS GET UNDERWAY
Our women’s team have the fitness test first up and followed by their second session of the day which is a session on the anti-doping program. Our men have their first session on HIV/AIDS and their second session for today is also the fitness test.
The clinics combine four countries together in a group so that the players can meet each other and also see how players from other countries compare to them in the practical sessions.
For the first two days of clinics our women are grouped with Australia, PNG and Palau. Our men are grouped with Australia, Guam and PNG.
