Raiwaqa to kick start 2013 season
The Raiwaqa Basketball Players Association will begin there 2013 league games on Saturday 2nd February at Ed's court in Raiwaqa. The league will begin at 9am with a U10's and U15 competition for both boys and girls which will be followed by the premier grades for both men and women. The 8 week league games will serve as qualification rounds for the much anticipated National Easter Basketball Club Championship. A $500 prize money will be awarded for the winning male and female clubs while a $200 runners up prize for teams who make the Raiwaqa Finals.
