Arch rivals Marist, Grammar clash
Marist Brothers’ High
School and Suva Grammar School will battle it out in the feature match
of round two of the Suva Secondary Schools basketball competition today. The Under-19 boys from
Flagstaff who finished runners-up behind Yat Sen Secondary School in
2009, are considered a strong contender in their division. “Marist, over the years,
has established themselves as a traditional basketball powerhouse,”
Basketball Fiji development officer and tournament official, Laisiasa
Puamau said. Last year the team lost to YSS who are the current
