Secondary Schools Program begins
On 4th July 2012 Basketball Fiji launched the 2012 Tuckers Ice Cream Suva Secondary Schools Basketball League. A total of 45 teams participating in the league games are held in three separate venues every Thursday & Friday’s from 3.30pm to 5.00pm. Suva Secondary Schools Basketball league games will run till of term 2. The number of schools has seen an increase of 15 teams compared to the same period last year. The participating schools in this year’s program are Yat Sen Secondary School, Suva Grammar School, Saint Joseph Secondary School, Gospel High School, Marist Brothers High School, Latter Day Saints, John Wesley College, International Secondary School with the new inclusions of Queen Victoria School, DAV College, Dudley High School, Cathedral Secondary School, Ratu Kadavulevu School, Dilkusha High School.
