EDDIE CALIC, ZDO VISITS FIJI
While Eddie is in Fiji, Basketball Fiji will utilize him in coaching, referee and scorebench clinics. Eddie will also hold clinics for Fiji's U20 men and women's training squad for the U20 Youth Oceania Tournament which will be held in Auckland, New Zealand in October 2006. Today [Tuesday 25th] Eddie will be meeting some of the Basketball Fiji Executives and Management Committee members. We are looking forward to Eddie's clinics and hope he enjoys his stay with us. On the Fiji Secondary School Basketball scene, High School coaches are training their teams for the biggest event in the high school's basketball calendar. The championships is usually held in July/August and Fiji has Coca Cola to thank for their continued sponsorship for this event.
