SPORTS INJURY COURSE A SUCCESS

Participants have come from basketball and other sports and also from the secondary schools and tertiary institutions. On Saturday they were taken through treatment of soft tissue injuries and also basic taping and the RICER treatment.

The participants also competed in quizes to win back their registration fee, something a bit different in such a course. The general comments form those attending were that the course was very beneficial and long overdue.

The next session will be held on Saturday 20th September with the final session on Saturday 4th October, during which the participants will complete an examination in both theory and practical work.
