TIYAN GYM CLEAN-UP

Volunteers from the Guam Senior and Junior National Programs volunteered their time to take part in the Tiyan Gym Clean-up project.

The Old Abandoned Tiyan Gym site was given back to the Government of Guam in the late 90's from the Military as it was the recreational area for the Naval Air Station.

With the property sitting idle for about 10 years, The Guam Basketball Confederation (GBC) and the Government of Guam have developed and entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). With this MOU in place the run down old Tiyan Gym Property will now be the Future home for our National Basketball Program.

The struggles of having facilities to train for upcoming international and local competions will soon be over.
