From August 27, to August 31st 2006 Guam Delegates attends the FIBA World Congress Meeting and Seminars in the city of Tokyo, Japan. The congress meeting was very informative and we are very excited that the new FIBA President is from our region-FIBA Oceania, we hopes that Mr. Elphinston will use his position to further develop basketball in our region.
