TOPPS FOR PRESIDENT?
Each of the 12 hamlets in Koror State get to elect 1 person to the Legislature and the whole state elects 5 persons “at large” to represent the state.
This is Topps second foray into state politics and his large vote result is a reflection on his popularity. Topps is not only well renowned for his work within basketball and sport but also for his many contributions to the youth of Koror, and indeed all Palau, through the many tasks he performs within committees and projects affecting the youth.
Well done Topps!! Maybe next time it will be – TOPPS FOR PRESIDENT!!
