The following are the committees of the NDP that have been appointed by Basketball Palau to ensure the success of the NDP programs.

NATIONAL PROGRAM COMMITTEE (NPC) – responsible for the overall design, conduct and review of the NDP and the appointment of all players, coaches and officials to NDP Squads and regional and international tournaments

NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF COACHING (NDC) – responsible for the day to day conduct and direction of the NDP, in particular the education of players and coaches
