The next week brings some of the leading teams to face off and so the leader board may alter.  On February 8th Peched play On Fire while on the 11th Surangel Kings come up against MEDA.  Then on the 12th it should be the game of the rounds with Peched facing off against the undefeated Ka’bong.

With just 4 weeks of the round robin competition to go everyone is looking to set themselves in the top four places as some of the lower ranked teams make their move to gain a final’s berth.  Airwaves are currently on 21 points and then follows the late finishers in Stingers, Ididers, Ngiwal 79ers and Jaguars all on 20 points.

While the balance of the teams look hard pressed to get into the top 4, they may well cause some upsets in the run home, as recent form suggests.
