MASTER'S BASKETBALL LEAGUE FINAL FOUR
Slotman Rolando Pascua led the scoring for the BEG*M Friendster with 18 points while teammate Sonny Jacinto added 15, enough to push them to finish number 2 in the team standings. Rogelio Fernandez on the other hand topscored for the Originals, which finished top placed despite the loss, with 20 baskets.
On the other hand, team Palibhasa met no resistence as they drubbed the PMA Rams, 105-61. Bhoey Gopez led all scorers with 26 points for Palibhasa which finished number 3 in the team standings
In other games, PPR All Stud won over team Kabalikat via default.
Games will resume on March 27 with the knockout semi finals featuring the Originals against PPR All Stud in the opener at 1pm while BEG*M Friendster will face team Palibhasa at 2.30pm.
Winners of the games will advance to the best of three championship while the losers will battle it out for third place honors.
The league is organized by The Filipino Community in Palau (TFCP) and sponsored by Shrimbros International Inc, Sarah's Yum-Yum Bar and Grill, Alpha Phi Omega, Food Connections, Roll "Em Productions, OTV and Palau Curtains and General Mechandise.
